Ordering procedure
You must provide all information requested during the ordering process, failure to do so may delay your order. Confirmation that your order has been received will be sent to you via email.
Payment /Price
We accept, Paypal, Postal orders and Cheques. You must provide us with your exact billing address, email address, telephone number and other information specified during the ordering procedure
You may telephone us between 10-5 Monday to Thursday
Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing the order. Your order can only be processed once payment has been received.
The price on the website is not negotiable and if purchasing an item you agree to pay that price. If payment is not confirmed you will be notified by email.
All prices are exclusive of delivery charges. These costs will be notified prior to order completion.
Please note that if you are placing an international order there will be extra postage and you will have to contact us first before placing your order.
Delivery
Goods will usually be despatched within 10-15 working days after the order has been confirmed and payment received. If for any reason we expect a delay in despatch we will contact you via email. Goods will usually be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery and will therefore require a signature on receipt. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs or damages due to a delay in delivery.
Goods should be checked immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage to goods during transit you should notify us via email or telephone within 72 hours of receipt of the goods.

Unfortunately data transmission over the Internet can not be guaranteed as totally secure. We strive to ensure that information transmitted to us during the process is secure; however any information you transmit to us is at your own risk.
